The History.
We are a family owned business that has been in opperation for a total of ten years. We were in Wantaught but now we are in Lindenhurst. We smoke all our meats and make all dishes in house.
The Food.
We slow smoke all of our meats with a blend of hickory, apple, and cherry wood. Slow smoking allows the meat to take on the flavor of the smoke while falling right off the bone. All of our side are house made with fresh ingredients made to order.
